Yvonne O'Shea

Yvonne O'Shea is an accomplished safety and security leader with over 20 years of experience in developing and managing safety programs across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Safety and Security at GE HealthCare since September 2025, Yvonne combines strategic planning with practical implementation to foster a robust culture of safety within organizations. Previous roles include Senior EHS Manager at Stryker and EHS Manager at Wright Medical, where Yvonne successfully achieved ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 certifications. Yvonne has held several other EHS-related positions, consistently demonstrating strong leadership in environmental health and safety compliance, training, and program development.
