Aya Kouch

Aya Kouch has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Aya currently works as the Director of Business Development at C-Vision International. Prior to this, they worked at Cognizant as a Strategic Partner Manager, where they managed client portfolios, developed strategic partner relationships, and provided business optimization consulting. Aya also served as a Legal Operations Expert for a Google project at Cognizant, utilizing their legal expertise to process privacy-related petitions.

Before their time at Cognizant, Aya worked as a Business Consultant at Smartbox Group and an Associate Lecturer in International Relations at INTSOC Foundation. Aya also gained experience as a Conflict Resolution Analyst at Eirene Associate, where they received training in counter-terrorism dynamics. Aya started their career as a Teacher Assistant at Al Akhawayn University and an African Diplomatic Affairs Intern at AMCI, where they conducted research and provided administrative support.

Additionally, Aya had an internship at Amnesty International, where they demonstrated their legal acumen by conducting research, drafting legal documents, and managing the organization's social media presence. Prior to that, they completed a Master of Laws (LLM) in International Law and Legal Studies at the same institution from 2021 to 2023. Aya also holds a Bachelor's degree in International Affairs and Diplomacy/African Politics from Al Akhawayn University, which they earned from 2016 to 2021. Aya participated in a one-year exchange program at the University of Lisbon in 2019-2020, studying at the law school. Before attending university, they completed their Baccalaureate in Physical Sciences at IPELF in 2016. In addition to their degrees, Aya has obtained certifications in Project Management Professional (PMP) from Google in 2022, Leadership Development from the Leadership Development Institute in 2018, Entrepreneurship and the Realization of the Sustainable Development Goals from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam), and International Relations from Harvard University. Aya has also completed courses in Successful Negotiation: Essential Strategies and Skills from the University of Michigan and The Science of Well Being from Yale University.
