Earlier in their career, Silvia was the Health Care Marketing Manager at SCA Hygiene Products from 1996 to 2000, overseeing B2C and B2B operations. Silvia's educational background includes a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, an English Proficiency degree from the University of Cambridge, and studies in Positive Psychology at Penn State University.
