Silvia Garcia

Silvia Garcia is the Founder and CEO of Feel Logic and Happiest Places to Work, with experience in applying research on human behavior to marketing, communication, innovation, change management, and employee experience since January 2017. Currently serving as Head of Research & Consulting at C-YourCulture since May 2021, Silvia previously held various leadership roles at The Coca-Cola Company from February 2001 to December 2016, focusing on global marketing communications, innovation, and corporate relations. Earlier in their career, Silvia was the Health Care Marketing Manager at SCA Hygiene Products from 1996 to 2000, overseeing B2C and B2B operations. Silvia's educational background includes a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, an English Proficiency degree from the University of Cambridge, and studies in Positive Psychology at Penn State University.
