Tariq Mohmedzain

Tariq Mohmedzain has a diverse range of work experience in the engineering field. Tariq started their career as a Solar Design Engineer at Cherry Street Energy in 2019, where they worked on the Georgia Tech Solar Demonstration project. In 2020, they joined the Georgia Institute of Technology as an Undergraduate Student Researcher, focusing on Martian Advanced Renewable Systems. During the same year, they also worked as an Electronics and Vehicle Dynamics Team Member at GT HyperJackets. In 2021, Tariq interned at Valero Energy Corporation as a Process Engineering Intern, where they developed strategies to increase high-octane gasoline yield and diagnosed issues in distillate production. In 2022, they worked as a Process Development Intern at Heirloom before joining C-Zero in 2023 as a Chemical Engineer.

Tariq Mohmedzain obtained their High School Diploma from Deep Run High School in 2019. Subsequently, they pursued a Bachelor of Science - BS degree in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, which is expected to be completed in 2023.
