We are looking for a full-time Infused Products Technician who can perform the duties below in accordance with the company's standard operating procedures.

In this role you will…

  • Prep, mix, cook, produce, pour, deposit, pull, and store all facility consumables and products.
  • Accurately prepare ingredients, workstations, and equipment for production.
  • Effective time management of individual workflow, meeting KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and daily production expectations.
  • Correctly infuse by thoroughly scraping, turning, lifting and rotating for the appropriate duration.
  • Ensure proper storage of all facility consumables and products; Store food products in compliance with safety standards.
  • Perform visual quality inspections on products with regularity; Minimize waste and reduction, as possible.
  • Accurately read, record, and communicate all kitchen data including product counts, product measurements, and product weights.
  • Maintain and comply with sanitation and safety standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and work space.
  • Maintain compliance with state regulations, enforce company policies and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).

Skills and experience you have...

  • High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED).
  • Previous experience in food production or kitchen environment strongly desired.
  • Familiarity with kitchen production procedures.
  • Basic weights and measurement skills, ability to operate kitchen equipment.
  • Ability to complete works in a timely manner and continually strive to increase productivity.
  • Ability to stand for long period of time and regularly lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Ability to work with a team as well as independently.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include weekends and/or holidays.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Energetic team player, willing to take direction and learn new skills.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age and be able to pass a background check.
  • Must obtain the Missouri required AGENT ID permit prior to first date of employment.
