Karson Kump

Karson Kump, PhD is currently the Director of Corporate Development at C4 Therapeutics, leading business development activities and serving as the Development Program Lead for CFT7455 in Phase I/II development for multiple myeloma and lymphoma. Prior to this role, Karson worked as an Engagement Manager at Health Advances, a top-tier life science strategy consulting firm, managing complex workstreams and providing content expertise in precision oncology. Karson's educational background includes a PhD in Chemical Biology, an M.S. in Chemical Biology of Cancer, and a B.S. in Biophysics. Karson has also been involved in various leadership roles, research positions, and consulting opportunities throughout their career.
