Francesco Mellino

Francesco Mellino is a Senior Ecological and Wellbeing Economist at C40 Cities, contributing to the Research Team and the C40 Centre for City Climate Policy and Economy since August 2022, while also serving as a Section Editor for the Journal for City Climate Policy and Economy. Previously, Francesco held roles at Homes England, where responsibilities included leading research on diverse economic topics and providing training to Local Government staff, as well as earlier positions as Senior Associate at PwC, Senior Research Consultant at Lichfields UK, and Economist at the Greater London Authority. Francesco's academic background includes a Master of Science in Urban Economic Development from UCL and a Bachelor of Science in European Economics from the University of Rome Tor Vergata.
