Ying Gao

Ying Gao is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in regional coordination, partnerships, and program management, currently serving as the Head of Regional Coordination and Partnerships for C40 Cities in China since February 2021. Simultaneously, Ying holds the position of Food Program Manager at the Ellen MacArthur Foundation and has been the Deputy General Manager at Orient Landscape since March 2018. With a strong background in impact design and monitoring, Ying has also worked as a Manager at WWF-China and as a Senior Policy Officer with WWF. Prior roles include a position at the United Nations Development Programme as an office assistant. Ying holds dual Master’s degrees in Business from ESC School of Business and in International Human Resource Management from Rennes School of Business, both attained between 2010 and 2012.
