Omar Al - Ghusbi

Omar A. is a Senior Research Analyst at C4ADS since November 2022, previously serving as a Research Analyst at the U.S. Department of State from April 2022 to November 2022. Prior experience includes roles as an FMS Analyst at Cydecor, Inc. (April 2021 - April 2022), Assistant to the Security Attache and Research Analyst at the Embassy of the Kingdom of Bahrain (December 2019 - April 2021), and participation in the Strategic Trade Management Initiative at The Stimson Center (August 2019 - December 2019). Additional internships were completed with UN PRIME: Working Group, The Institute of World Politics, The Counterterrorism Group, and the Maryland General Assembly. Omar A. holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Foreign Policy and National Security and Arabic Language and Literature from American University, and studied at the University of Jordan in 2017.
