Ben Howkins

Ben Howkins is a Research Analyst at Trilateral Research since April 2022, focusing on the Ethics, Human Rights and Emerging Technologies cluster, and participating in Horizon Europe projects such as DIDYMOS-XR and TechEthos, as well as the RAI UK-funded RAISE project. Previously, Ben served as a Community Law Clinic Assistant at the University of Exeter from September 2019 to June 2020, where responsibilities included client liaison and maintaining detailed records. In March 2019, Ben worked as a University Adviser for InvestIN Education, contributing to the Young Lawyer Programme by guiding prospective law students. Ben holds a Master of Laws (LLM) from the University of Exeter and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
