Charles Mcgarry

Charles Mcgarry is a retired CIA operations officer and current strategic partner at C5 Capital. Charles has over 29 years of experience in the intelligence field, including assignments as Chief of Station and head of a global covert action program. In 2017, they were awarded the Distinguished Career Intelligence Medal.

At C5 Capital, Mcgarry is responsible for advising on cybersecurity and transatlantic geopolitical risk analysis. Charles has also worked as an operational executive at CENTRA Technology, Inc. and as an intelligence account manager at CSRA Inc.

Charles Mcgarry has a Master of National Security Strategy from the National War College, National Defense University and a Bachelor of International Relations from The George Washington University.
