Rafael Brazão has a diverse work experience in various companies. Rafael started their career as an Estagiário at ABN AMRO Bank N.V., where they worked on innovative technological projects. Rafael then joined Banco Santander as a Trainee in Segmento Pessoa Jurídica. After that, they worked at Natura, initially as an Analyst in Human and Organizational Development, then as a Consultant in the Office of Innovation for HR, and later as a Coordinator in HR for Development, EVP, Talent Acquisition, Innovation, and Relationship. Following this, Rafael joined TOTVS as a Senior Executive in Talent Management. Currently, they hold the position of Head HR | CHRO at C6bank.
Rafael Brazão completed their specialization in Marketing, specializing in Publicity, Advertising, and Marketing, from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie from 2006 to 2009. In 2019, they pursued a coaching course in Strengths Finder from Gallup Coaching. Prior to that, they completed their school education at Colégio Rio Branco from 1994 to 2005.
