Solomon Ferro has a diverse work experience history. Solomon is currently employed at CPP Investments | Investissements RPC, where they serve as a Principal since June 2023. Prior to this role, they were a Senior Associate at the same company from June 2020 to May 2023. In 2019, Solomon worked as a Senior Summer Associate at CPP Investments for three months. Starting from 2015, they held the position of Senior Associate at Clearspring Capital Partners, where they were promoted from an Associate. At Clearspring, they were involved in various types of transactions, including buyouts, growth and acquisition financings, restructurings, and recapitalizations. Before that, they worked as an Analyst in Mergers & Acquisitions, Investment Banking at Scotiabank Global Banking and Markets from 2013 to 2015.
