Erin Higgins

Erin Higgins has extensive experience in the real estate industry, specializing in leasing and marketing. Erin is currently serving as the Vice President of Leasing & Marketing at CA Ventures, a position they have held since January 2023. Prior to that, Erin worked as the Director of Leasing at CA Ventures from February 2021 to December 2022.

Before joining CA Ventures, Erin worked as a Portfolio Manager at Luxury Living Chicago Realty from February 2017 to January 2020. Erin also worked as a Leasing Manager at Golub & Company from February 2016 to February 2017.

Erin's early career includes a role in residential leasing at Related Companies from May 2013 to February 2016 and experience in hospitality sales and operations at Elysian Hotels & Resorts / Waldorf-Astoria from August 2009 to July 2011.

Erin Higgins obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management with a specialization in International Business from Michigan State University. This degree was earned between the years 2002 and 2005.
