Joe Sugiyama

Joe Sugiyama has a diverse work experience starting with their role as a Project Engineer Intern at DeMaria in 2012. Joe then worked as a Columnist at The Michigan Daily from 2010 to 2012. In 2011, they interned as an Environmental Engineer at Nederveld, Inc. In 2012, they joined CA Ventures as a Project Manager and later held positions such as Director of Pre-Construction, Vice President of Pre-Construction, Managing Director of Strategy & Innovation, Head of Development Operations, and currently serves as the Executive Vice President of Development. Joe is also a Contributing Member of Forbes Real Estate Council since 2020.

Joe Sugiyama earned their Bachelor of Science in Engineering (B.S.E.) degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Michigan between 2008 and 2012.
