Michael Podboy

Michael Podboy has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Michael currently serves as the President of CA Industrial at CA Ventures, LLC since September 2019. Before that, they were the Founding Principal at PBRE Ventures starting from October 2018. At InvenTrust Properties Corp, they held several leadership positions including Chief Financial Officer, Chief Investment Officer, and Treasurer from November 2015 to August 2018. Prior to that, they were the Executive Vice President, Chief Investment Officer, and Executive Vice President of Investments from March 2014 to November 2015. Michael also gained extensive experience in asset management and portfolio protection while working at Inland American Business Manager as the Senior Vice President of Non-Core Asset Management and Vice President of Asset Management from May 2007 to March 2014. Michael began their career at KPMG LLP as a Senior Manager/Senior Associate in the Real Estate and Manufacturing Groups from 1999 to 2007, where they managed financial audits for various clients.

Michael Podboy attended the University of St. Thomas, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and Computer Science. Michael also holds certification as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), which is currently inactive.
