Nikhil Agarwal has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Nikhil joined CaaStle in 2023 as the Director of Data Science. Prior to that, they worked at Factspan Inc. as the Director of Data & AI and in various managerial positions related to analytics and customer retention. Before that, they worked as a Senior Operation Research Analyst at Laminaar Aviation Infotech and as an Associate Consultant at Dar Al Handasah (Shair & Partners).

Nikhil Agarwal (He/Him) has a Dual Degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. Nikhil also holds a Dual Degree in Communications and Signal Processing from the same institution. In addition, they obtained a certification in Preventing Discrimination & Harassment from Traliant in 2022.
