Rosangela Perna-Glass has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Rosangela currently works at CaaStle as the Head of Talent Management, where they partner with business leaders to expand globally and scale the company. Rosangela also gained valuable experience at Goldman Sachs as a VP, serving for nearly a decade. Additionally, they held the position of AVP in HR at Credit Suisse for five years.

Rosangela Perna-Glass earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in International Business from The George Washington University in the period from 1996 to 2000. Rosangela later pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Finance, General at Baruch College from 2003 to 2006.
