Rosangela Perna-Glass

Rosangela Perna-Glass has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Rosangela currently works at CaaStle as the Head of Talent Management, where they partner with business leaders to expand globally and scale the company. Rosangela also focuses on coaching leadership, enhancing productivity, engagement, and motivation. Additionally, they are responsible for building a career development framework to support employee growth.

Before joining CaaStle, Rosangela worked at Atlassian as a People Strategist. In this role, they advised on various People Team projects, including talent and compensation philosophies, crisis leadership behaviors, and cross-team connectivity. Rosangela played a key role in defining a crisis management philosophy and action plan that was shared across leadership.

Prior to their time at Atlassian, Rosangela worked as an Executive Coach/Consultant at RPG Careers LLC, where they provided guidance and support to executives and professionals. Rosangela also gained valuable experience at Goldman Sachs as a VP, serving for nearly a decade. Additionally, they held the position of AVP in HR at Credit Suisse for five years.

Rosangela Perna-Glass earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in International Business from The George Washington University in the period from 1996 to 2000. Rosangela later pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Finance, General at Baruch College from 2003 to 2006.
