Stephanie Edwards

Stephanie (Baxter) Edwards has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Stephanie started their career as a Human Resources Intern at Gerdau in 2014. In 2015, they worked as an HR Generalist at Gerdau before transitioning to become an HR Generalist at CaaStle in 2017. Stephanie then held various roles at CaaStle, including People Business Partner and People Operations Senior Analyst. Currently, they serve as the Associate Director of People Operations at CaaStle, a position they have held since January 2023.

Stephanie (Baxter) Edwards holds a Masters of Science degree in Human Resources/Industrial Relations from West Virginia University, which they completed in 2015. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Business Management and Human Resources from the same institution, completing it in 2013.
