Jenny Favaro

Jenny Favaro has a long history of work experience, beginning in 2011 when they worked as an Organic Chemistry Lab Assistant at Carthage College. In 2012, they worked as a Quality Assurance Intern at Baptista's Bakery. In 2014, they worked as a Chromatography Associate at Regis Technologies. From 2015 to 2018, they worked at Planet Pharma in various roles, including Recruiter - Pharma & Medical Device, Recruiter - Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, & CRO - EU, and National Recruiter. From 2018 to 2021, they worked at GQR Global Markets in various roles, including Senior Vice President - CMC & Tech Ops Recruitment, Talent Advisory Services, Vice President - Clinical Operations, CMC, Manufacturing, and Tech Ops, Associate Vice President - CMC, Manufacturing and Tech Ops, and Senior Associate - CMC, Manufacturing and Tech Ops. In 2021, they also worked as a Talent Acquisition Consultant for Harpoon Therapeutics and Meissa Vaccines, and a Recruitment Consultant for Cabaletta Bio. In 2022, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Consultant for Voyager Therapeutics, Inc.
