Caroline Parker Kelley, MSIO, has extensive experience in Human Resources. Caroline began their career in 2000 at AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals, where they served as an HR Partner. In this role, they provided generalist support to 300+ employees and successfully filled 35+ open positions in 6 months. From 2007 to 2012, Caroline was an independent Human Resources Consultant, providing recruitment consulting services. Caroline then served as an HR Generalist at Synerfac Technical Staffing and the Blood Bank of Delmarva. From 2013 to 2015, Caroline was an HR Manager at Mishimoto and then an HR Business Partner at Acero Precision. From 2016 to 2019, they were an HR Business Partner at Univest and then an Associate Director, People and Culture and Senior Manager, Human Resources at Prelude Therapeutics Incorporated. Most recently, Caroline was appointed Senior Director Human Resources at Cabaletta Bio in 2021.
