Kristen Phipps

Kristen Phipps has over 25 years of work experience, starting in 1995 with the Federal-Mogul Corporation. Kristen held multiple roles within the company, such as Global Marketing Manager, Global Supply Chain Manager, Group Brand Manager, Operations Manager, Sales Manager, Distribution Analyst, and Purchasing Analyst.

In 2010, they joined Masco Cabinetry as the Director of Marketing, Product Development & Innovation for KraftMaid Cabinetry. Kristen later served as the Director of Marketing for DeNova and KraftMaid Countertops. During their time with the company, they led strategic product development, trend research, immersive research, and product launches.

In 2013, Phipps became the Chief Operating Officer & Head of Sales/Marketing at Specteo. Kristen later transitioned to the role of Director of Business Development at Hastings Manufacturing in 2015, where they created sales and product strategies and built relationships with key original equipment and aftermarket customers.

From 2016 to 2019, Phipps served as the Director of Marketing at HDA Truck Pride, where they focused on developing a new website, implementing PR approaches, and integrating CRM while providing consultation to 150 members.

Kristen then joined Thetford Corporation, North America in 2019 as the Director of Product Strategy. Kristen later took on the role of Director of Aftermarket, where they executed aftermarket sales strategies, expanded business through new product introduction, and led an enterprise ERP implementation.

Most recently, in 2022, Phipps became the Director of Product Development at Cabinetworks Group.

Kristen Phipps earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing from Hillsdale College from 1991 to 1995. Kristen later pursued an MBA in Marketing at Wayne State University from 1999 to 2001. In 2006 and 2007, they obtained a Master Certificate in Human Resources & Project Management from Villanova University.
