Lanny Pickens

Lanny Pickens has extensive work experience in various leadership positions in manufacturing and operations. Lanny most recently served as the Vice President of Manufacturing Operations at Cabinetworks Group, where they oversaw the company's manufacturing operations. Prior to that, they were the Sr. Material Planning Manager at the same company.

Before joining Cabinetworks Group, Lanny worked as the General Manager at Precision Metal Art. Lanny also served as the Sr. Vice President of Operations at Impact Fulfillment Services, where they managed fulfillment, co-packing, display manufacturing, and warehouse and distribution operations for key clients such as Proctor & Gamble and Revlon.

Lanny's previous experience includes roles at Colfax Corp and ESAB, where they held positions such as Vice President of Colfax Business Systems and Vice President of Operations North America, respectively. At Colfax Corp, they led the global launch of a management operating system and played a crucial role in driving EBITA and leading continuous improvement initiatives. At ESAB, they were responsible for improving operations across multiple manufacturing sites and distribution centers.

Earlier in their career, Lanny worked at Masco Corporation as the Managing Director of Manufacturing, overseeing multiple plants specializing in built-to-order kitchens. Lanny also served as a Plant Manager and Production Manager, implementing lean methodologies and achieving significant productivity improvements.

Before joining Masco Corporation, Lanny worked at Lear Corporation in various roles, including Project Engineer, Launch Manager, and Production Manager.

Lanny Pickens earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Management from the University of Evansville, where they studied from 1990 to 1994.
