Lori Lemanski

Lori Lemanski has extensive experience in the retail and cabinetry industry. Lori currently holds the position of Director - Customer Strategy at Cabinetworks Group, starting in September 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Customer Strategy Manager at The Home Depot from November 2021 to September 2022. Before that, they held the role of Customer Strategy Manager at The Home Depot from February 2020 to November 2021.

Lori also gained valuable experience at Masco Cabinetry, where they worked as a Customer Strategy Manager at The Home Depot from January 2019 to February 2020. Lori also served as a Sales Operations & Customer Strategy Manager at Menards from August 2018 to January 2019 and as a Channel Marketing Manager at Menards from January 2018 to August 2018. Additionally, they worked as an Account Representative at The Home Depot from September 2015 to December 2017.

Lori's career began at The Home Depot in 2004, where they held several roles of increasing responsibility. Lori served as a Kitchen & Bath Department Supervisor from April 2014 to September 2015, overseeing a department with over $5 million in annual sales. Lori participated in a corporate pilot program as a Specialty Department Supervisor from December 2013 to April 2014, assisting in the development of reporting and metrics for the company. Lori also held the position of Kitchen & Bath Department Supervisor from June 2010 to December 2013, managing sales, inventory, installation project management, and customer service. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Special Services Department Supervisor and as a Flooring Sales Specialist.

Throughout their career, Lori has demonstrated strong leadership, strategic thinking, and expertise in customer strategy and retail management.

Lori Lemanski graduated from Rochester University in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Interdisciplinary Studies, Business & Interior Design. Lori also attended Baker College of Auburn Hills, where they obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Interior Design. In addition to their academic achievements, Lori has obtained several certifications in areas such as setting goals, inspiring and developing direct reports, business analytics, picking the right metrics, and adopting morning habits of high performers.
