Frederic Bagnato

Frederic Bagnato is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in sales and operations within the retail sector, currently serving as the Head of Sales & Operations Licensed Markets at Shell since February 2005. Leading a team of 11 Licensed Markets Managers, Frederic supports mobility retail and downstream businesses in over 50 countries. Frederic's previous roles at Shell include Head of Business Development Retail Licensed Markets, where the retail licensed business expanded significantly, and Retail Global Network Development Strategy Manager, focusing on investment strategies for the retail network. Prior to joining Shell, Frederic held various management positions in Italy and served as a Board Member for CABLE ENERGIA since September 2022. Frederic has a strong educational background, including executive programs from Cornell University and Harvard University, as well as degrees from prestigious institutions such as Università Bocconi and London Business School.
