Julio German

Julio German is an experienced Operation Manager who has a background in network planning, design, and implementation. With a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Universidad Central del Este - UCE, Julio has held various positions in the telecommunications industry, including as a Network Engineer at CODETEL and VP of Engineering and Operations at Tricom. Currently, Julio works as an Operation Manager at Cable & Wireless Communications. Additionally, Julio has pursued further education, including a Master's degree in Information Technology from GADEX and a Master Business Administration from Barna Business School.
