Michelle Adams

Michelle Adams is an accomplished project manager with extensive experience in leading telecommunication projects at Cable & Wireless Communications since October 2018, overseeing over 100 local and regional B2B initiatives. Prior to this role, Michelle coordinated significant health service projects for the Ministry of Health Trinidad and Tobago and contributed to public sector reform projects at the Ministry of Public Administration. Notably, Michelle has demonstrated strong negotiation skills and strategic planning through experiences in various governmental roles, including development projects aimed at enhancing the Trinidad and Tobago Public Service and initiatives to reduce school dropout rates. Michelle holds a Master of Science in Public Sector Management from the University of the West Indies and a Bachelor of Arts in Management from Oxford Brookes University.
