Shamone Charoo

Shamone Charoo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and operations management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of B2C Sales and Telesales Execution at Cable & Wireless Communications since April 2019, Shamone focuses on achieving sales revenue targets and maximizing returns on investments. Prior experience includes roles at VXI Global Solutions, LLC, where Shamone advanced from Customer Experience Supervisor to Associate Director of Operations, and earlier experience as a Reservations Agent at VIP Attractions and a File Clerk at Guardian Life Limited. Shamone holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of the West Indies, along with an Associate's degree in Law from Hampton High School.
