Frank Notarstefano

Frank Notarstefano is an accomplished IT professional and project manager with extensive experience in the field of information technology and project management. Currently serving as an independent consultant at Cablevision since February 2011, Frank Notarstefano also runs FLN Consulting Services, specializing in IT consulting and PMO initiatives since April 2006. Previous roles include Senior PM Consultant for The City of New York and PMO Consultant for Eclipsys / North Shore Long Island Jewish. Frank Notarstefano held a VP position at Reed Business Information overseeing the Program Management Office, and played a key role as VP of Information Technology at Cendant Corporation, as well as VP of the Project Management Office at Avis Rent A Car. Frank Notarstefano holds a BBA in Information Technology from Hofstra University and an AAS in Information Technology from Nassau Community College.
