Galyna Krylova

Galyna Krylova is a research scientist at Cabot Microelectronics since January 2018. Previous experience includes roles as a research associate professor and manager of the Material Characterization Facility at the University of Notre Dame, where significant advancements in water purification and nanostructure growth methods were achieved. Notable contributions also include the development of photocatalysts for hydrogen generation and alloy nanocrystal catalysts for hydrogenation. Galyna's expertise extends to synthesis and functionalization techniques in various research institutions, including Argonne National Laboratory and the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, culminating in a PhD in Materials Chemistry from the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and a master's degree in Chemistry from Chernivtsi National University.
