Patrick has worked for a Cabot organization for 36 of his 37 years in real estate. He earned a BS in Business Administration with a Concentration in Accounting from Merrimack College and joined Cabot, Cabot & Forbes as a property accountant immediately upon graduation. He has been the portfolio accountant for Value Funds 1 through 5 and oversees the treasury management for all funds. He is currently establishing foreign bank accounts to support Cabot’s growth overseas.
