Stephanie L. Wilson

Stephanie serves as Vice President of Asset Management based in their Orange County office. She oversees leasing, development and performance of industrial assets in the West Coast region, which includes California, Phoenix and Seattle. Prior to joining Cabot in 2021, Stephanie was an Asset Manager at AEW Capital Management for 11 years and responsible for the oversight of approximately $700 million in assets including industrial, office and multifamily product. She holds a BS in Business Economics from University of California, Riverside.
