Cynthia Love

Cynthia Love is a seasoned quality and process safety management professional with extensive experience in the manufacturing and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as the Quality Manager and Process Safety Management Coordinator at Cabot Corporation since April 2019, Cynthia has successfully led efforts to produce quality products and meet timelines at a new manufacturing site. Prior roles include Director of Quality and Logistics at Key Electronics, Inc., focusing on supply chain improvements, Continuous Process Improvement Specialist at Humana, implementing Six Sigma methodologies, and Lead Product Design and Reliability Engineer at Grote Industries. Earlier experience includes positions at Dow Corning, where Cynthia achieved significant quality improvements and injury reductions, and EMS Togo Corporation, where health and safety compliance was a central focus. Cynthia holds a B.S. in Industrial and Environmental Health Management from Ferris State University.
