Mary Claire Brakefield

Mary Claire Brakefield is a seasoned marketing communications professional with a diverse background in risk analysis and content creation. Currently serving as the Marketing Communications Manager for Natural Resources at CAC Specialty since April 2023, Brakefield's previous experience includes various roles at Brown & Brown from September 2019 to April 2023, such as Risk Analyst and Marketing Manager. Prior to this, Brakefield worked as a Social Media Coordinator for the Children's Museum of Atlanta and held multiple positions at The University of Alabama National Alumni Association, including Editorial Assistant for the Alabama Alumni Magazine. Additional roles include Director of Senior Experience for Alpha Gamma Delta and Copywriter for WVUA 23. Brakefield holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from The University of Alabama, obtained in 2019.
