Rafal Czerniawski

Rafal Czerniawski has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Rafal currently serves as the Head of B2B Sales Europe at Cachet, starting in March 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Regional Head of B2B Sales (Dach & East) at FREE NOW for Business from July 2022 to March 2023. Rafal also held the role of Head of Sales Poland at FREE NOW for Business from April 2021 to July 2022, where they were responsible for growing the company's B2B business in Poland and building a new team and structure.

Before joining FREE NOW, Rafal worked at DGM Poland from August 2018 to March 2021. Rafal served as the Sales and Communications Director, where they created and implemented sales strategies in Poland and managed a sales team. Rafal also handled service contract negotiations and communication with the United States Army and US Airforce stationed in Europe. Prior to that, they were the Regional Business Development Manager at DGM Poland from June 2015 to July 2018, overseeing sales strategies in Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary and recruiting new staff.

Rafal's earlier work experience includes roles at State Funding LLC as a Key Account Manager from January 2013 to August 2014, where they managed commercial relationships and attracted new accounts. Rafal also worked as an Event Manager at Gram-x promotions from June 2007 to August 2014, handling vendor and venue relationships and planning various events. In addition, they served as a Regional Sales Representative at Challenger Manufacturing Ltd. from June 2008 to November 2012, responsible for sales on the East Coast of the United States, collaborating with private contracting companies, and participating in the public sector tender process.

Rafal Czerniawski received their Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government from the City University of New York-Herbert H. Lehman College, where they studied from 2004 to 2008. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Yonkers High School from 2000 to 2004, earning an International baccalaureate Diploma with a focus on General Studies.
