Jeff Rhoads

Jeff Rhoads is an experienced professional with a background in investigative roles within various organizations, currently serving as Section Lead and Special Investigator IV at CACI International Inc since October 2019. Prior to this, Rhoads held positions at General Dynamics as a Field Supervisor and at CSRA Inc as an Investigator, where duties included conducting National Security and Federal Background Investigations for the US Office of Personnel Management. Rhoads' earlier experience includes investigative roles at USIS and CACI International, as well as business management and marketing positions at Pa Performance and Power Windows & Siding. Rhoads holds a B.S. in Public Administration and Criminal Justice from Kutztown University.
