Natalia Vines

Natalia Vines is an experienced language instructor and consultant specializing in Russian language education and cultural training. Currently serving as a Russian Language Instructor at CACI International Inc, as well as a consultant for The Cybrix Group, Natalia has extensive experience advising Department of Defense clients and developing instructional materials for various military programs. Notable contributions include developing a curriculum for the Defense Language Institute Foreign Area Officer program while at Advance Automation Corporation Inc., and designing advanced-level language curricula for the US Special Operations Forces Tele-training System at Chi-Chack LLC. Natalia holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Webster University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Public Administration from Lomonosov Moscow State University.
