Phil Thompson

Phil Thompson is an accomplished Associate Director at CACI Ltd since February 2013, serving as Head of Professional Services for Enterprise Systems and previously as Programme Manager. Prior experience includes a role as Interim HR Systems & Management Information Manager at Brunel University, where Phil was responsible for the development of HR KPI metrics and reporting functions. As HR/Payroll Systems Senior Project Manager at Leonard Cheshire from September 2006 to March 2012, Phil managed the selection and implementation of the iTrent system and oversaw Central Office HR and Payroll activities. Phil holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sport and Leisure Management from Staffordshire University, completed in 1999.
