Allwell Akhigbe

Allwell Akhigbe is a business development professional with over four years of experience in supporting business development and grants management at local Nigerian organizations, international non-governmental organizations, and a US women-owned small business (WOSB). As the Business Development Assistant at Cadasta, Allwell supports and strengthens the business development team in securing new business and building strong partnerships with a variety of partners including multilateral and bilateral donors, foundations, and local partners. Prior to joining Cadasta, Allwell championed business development at Forcier, a full-service research firm conducting research and evaluations across Central, Eastern, and Southern Africa as well as contributed to business development and grants management at Search for Common Ground, first at the West Africa region and then the Nigerian country team levels. He has a Master of Arts degree in Peace and Conflict Studies from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies and Diplomacy from the University of Benin in Nigeria. Allwell enjoys dancing to Nigerian afrobeats, watching Francophone Africa movie series, and traveling especially across Sub-Saharan Africa in his spare time.
