Hugo Novaes

Hugo Novaes is a Brazilian graphic designer and creative director. Hugo is currently the VP of Creative Hub at Cadastra.

Novaes began their career in 1997 as a graphic designer at Casa da Criação Propaganda. Hugo became creative director at QG Propaganda in 2000 and held that position until 2007 when they moved to ESCALA. Novaes was creative director at ESCALA from 2007 to 2014 before joining Cadastra.

Hugo Novaes attended Centro Universitário UniCarioca, where they studied design grafico.

Hugo Novaes reports to Thiago Bacchin, CEO. They work with Alyne Yuzuki - Business & Strategy Director, Victor Magalhães - Digital Operations Director, and Fábio De Ciccio - Business & Strategy Manager.
