M. Christian Cullum

M. Christian Cullum has extensive experience in the real estate and healthcare industries. M. Christian joined Caddis in 2021 as the Vice President of Capital Markets and Investor Relations, where they manage the acquisition and development of medical office buildings and senior living communities. From 2016 to 2021, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at Cobalt Medical Partners, overseeing various aspects of the corporate parent and real estate development arm, including financial management, capital sourcing, asset sales, and investor relations. Prior to that, they worked at EDGE Realty Capital Markets as the Vice President and Director of Underwriting, leading the financial underwriting of real estate assets and developing new business. Other notable roles include serving as a Financial Analyst at Berkadia - Investment Client Services, a Senior Analyst at The Rainier Companies, and an Assistant Foreman & Management Trainee at Cullum Construction Company, Inc.

M. Christian Cullum completed their education in a chronological order, starting from their time at St. Mark's School of Texas from 1991 to 1995, where they earned their Diploma. M.
