Jerry Standridge

Jerry Standridge has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Jerry started their career in the United States Navy as an Electrician's Mate Second Class, where they operated and maintained nuclear power electrical components and supervised a team. After leaving the Navy, they worked at Rockwell Automation/Reliance Electric, initially serving as a Technical Associate - Inside Sales, where they provided technical support and developed relationships with major accounts. Jerry then became an Associate Product Specialist, reorganizing and growing sales for a general-purpose product platform. Later, they became a Product Specialist, responsible for product marketing and sales support.

Jerry then transitioned to Baldor Electric, where they held multiple roles. Jerry was part of the Above NEMA Sales Team as an Applications Engineer, providing technical expertise to the sales force and ensuring accurate product bids. Jerry then became the Core Team - Above NEMA SAP Variant, involved in Variant Configuration and IPC 5.0 training and assisting in the development of product models. Lastly, they served as the Core Team - Motor Configurators Project Manager, leading the conversion of product configurators and collaborating with various departments.

Next, Jerry worked at ABB as an SAP Functional Analyst, functioning as a Solution Architect and leading change requests and larger projects. Jerry also developed and modeled the creation of the Servo Motor product line.

Most recently, Jerry joined Cadence Bank as a Vice President. Jerry initially served as the Lead Business Analyst before transitioning to the role of Collaboration Services Engineer.
