Heather Fulkerth

Heather Fulkerth is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in leadership development, talent acquisition, and strategic workforce planning. Currently serving as Senior Group Director and Global HR Business Partner at Cadence Design Systems since July 2016, Heather specializes in fostering high-performance cultures through executive coaching, change leadership, and HR operational management. Prior roles include founding Curran Fulkerth 98, where Heather focused on leadership coaching and development, along with HR positions at Intuit, Cisco Systems, Lam Research, Varian Medical Systems, Applied Materials, and Brio Technology. Heather holds a Master's degree in Organization Development from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelor's degree in Art Studio from UC Santa Barbara.
