Maurice O'Carroll

Maurice O'Carroll is an experienced layout engineer with a strong background in the semiconductor industry. Currently serving as a Principal Layout Engineer at Cadence Design Systems since October 2022, Maurice has previously held roles at ON Semiconductor as a Senior Layout Designer, Xilinx as an IC Layout Engineer, and Analog Devices as a Layout Engineer. Maurice holds an Honours Degree in Electronic Systems Engineering from the Institute of Technology, Carlow, completed between 2013 and 2016, and a Leaving Certificate from St. Mary's CBS Enniscorthy, obtained in 2009.
