Ofir Elizov

Ofir Elizov is an experienced professional with extensive expertise in program management and hardware engineering. Currently serving as the Director of PMO at Sequans Communications since July 2021, Ofir previously held the position of Program Manager at Philips from July 2020 to July 2021. Ofir’s career at IBM spanned from May 2000 to July 2020, during which time diverse roles included Manager of Hardware Engineering and Program Management, Manager of HW Architecture and System Engineering, Manager of the Hardware System Engineering team at XIV, and Manager of the Back End Services Team, overseeing a group of ten engineers. Additionally, Ofir managed the Chip Design Group, where 20 engineers specialized in chip design and verification. Ofir began the career at IAF as a Control Officer and Team Lead, and earned a BSc in Electrical Engineering from Tel Aviv University between 1997 and 2001.
