Justina Sanchez Cox

Justina Sanchez Cox is the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) for Cadence Education, one of the largest early childhood educators in the country. Justina is responsible for the life cycle of human resources. Justina comes to us from Valleywise Health where she served as their Senior Vice President and CHRO since 2018. Prior to that, Justina spent time at organizations such as ChildHelp, Providence Service Corporation (NASDAQ: PRSC), and Banner Health. At those organizations, Justina held the CHRO role where she was responsible for all human resources activities, operational areas and child learning centers across multiple states and countries.

Justina holds a B.B.A. in business management and her MBA from Grand Canyon University and holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) credential.

Justina and her husband Rick have six children and a teacup Yorkie. They enjoy spending time with family on the beach in Mexico.
