Kevin Patterson

Kevin Patterson, Ed.D. has a strong background in talent management and human resources. Kevin has held several high-level positions in various organizations. In their most recent role as the Vice President of Talent Development & Chief Talent Officer at Cadence Education, they were responsible for establishing and driving the company's talent management strategy and ensuring the retention of a high-performing workforce. Prior to that, Kevin served as the Vice President of Human Resources & Chief HR Officer at Caliber Companies, where they focused on talent acquisition, employee development, and compliance initiatives. Kevin also worked as the Senior Director of HR, Talent Management & Organizational Effectiveness at Valleywise Health, where they implemented talent management and diversity programs while increasing hiring rates. Additionally, Kevin held the position of System HR Director - Talent Management, Leadership Development & Executive Talent Development at Banner Health, where they led learning and growth initiatives for a large team and implemented cost-saving measures. Kevin started their career as a Senior HR Administrator at Apollo Education Group, where they played a key role in designing leadership development and career advancement programs.

Kevin Patterson, Ed.D. obtained their Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix in 2008. Kevin then went on to earn their Master of Science in Psychology from the same university in 2009. In 2014, they completed their higher education by obtaining a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership - Curriculum and Instructional Design from the University of Phoenix. In addition to their academic degrees, they have also obtained several certifications in various fields such as Blanchard Situational Leadership, DDI Facilitator, DISC Behavior Psychometric, Emergenetics, Emotional Intelligence, Executive Coaching, FKA Performance Consulting, Franklin-Covey, Predictive Index, and ProSci Change Management.
