Michael Mincin

Michael Mincin has a Bachelor of Science in Plastics Engineering Technology from Penn State Erie, The Behrend College. Since graduating, Michael has worked in various engineering roles in different companies such as Universal Plastics Corporation, Cadence Inc., Oldcastle Enclosure Solutions, Oldcastle Precast, and CPP Global - Plastics. In these roles, Michael has gained experience in organizing work centers, redesigning drawing files, optimizing processes for molding, conducting lab tests on polymers, and designing molds and water lines. Michael is currently employed as a Manufacturing Engineer - New Product Introduction at Cadence Inc.
