Ed O'Brien

Ed O'Brien has a diverse and extensive work experience in human resources. Ed began their career at Covance in 2000, where they served as an HR Director for global corporate functions and strategic HR projects. Ed then moved on to ICON Clinical Research as an HR Director, leading a global team and providing support for clinical employees worldwide. Ed later joined Publicis Touchpoint Solutions as the Director of Human Resources, overseeing a team and providing HR support for sales and service representatives. Ed then worked at Shire Pharmaceuticals as an HR Consultant, providing HR business partner support to a large commercial organization. Ed also served as the Global Director of Human Resources at CSL Behring, driving HR initiatives and supporting employees across multiple countries. Ed then worked at ANGLE plc as an HR Contractor, serving as the US Human Resources Leader. Ed then joined Medecision as a Senior People Resources Business Partner and HR Business Partner, focusing on leadership and management development. Currently, Ed is employed at Cadent as the VP of Human Resources, leading talent partner support for corporate headquarters and the largest office.

Ed O'Brien has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Syracuse University. Ed also holds a certification as a Human Capital Strategist from the Human Capital Institute (HCI).
