Magdalena Palacha

Magdalena Palacha, CPA, currently serves as the VP of Corporate Controller & Fund Management at Yieldstreet since August 2024, and also holds the position of Corporate Controller at Cadre, which was acquired by Yieldstreet in January 2024. Previously, Magdalena was the Financial Controller at Gemini from 2021 to 2022, where responsibilities included leading controllership for revenue and digital assets. From 2018 to 2021, Magdalena worked at Juul Labs as the Director of Technical Accounting and Financial Reporting, specializing in various technical accounting topics. Additionally, Magdalena spent eight years at Deloitte as an Audit & Assurance Manager, focusing on clients in technology, SaaS, life sciences, and manufacturing. Magdalena began the career with an internship in Management Consulting at Accenture in 2009. Education credentials include a Master's in Finance and Accounting from SGH Warsaw School of Economics and coursework at ZHAW School of Management and Law.
